DART In vitro Assays

Reproduction toxicity assessment using primate cells in vitro

Evaluating developmental and reproduction toxicity of human drugs in nonhuman primates is highly costly and time consuming

Using nonhuman primate cells in vitro we can predict the potential toxicity effect a drug has on developing embryos

Various groups of drugs including protein degraders can be tested on NHP stem cells that mimic developing embryos

Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) in primates

Efficient assay to evaluate the effect of drugs on developmental process in vitro to predict if a drug is toxic on embryos without using any live NHPs (save time and cost)
